The work consists of providing Architect-Engineer (A-E) services under an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to support Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC) at Arnold Air Force Base. Services include, but are not limited to, planning, design, and engineering for a wide range of projects such as facility renovations, new construction, infrastructure upgrades, and specialized test facility improvements. The scope covers preparation of studies, reports, drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and related documentation. Work may involve civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and environmental engineering disciplines, as well as architectural design and construction management support. The contract will require compliance with applicable codes, standards, and Air Force regulations, and may include site investigations, surveying, and geotechnical evaluations to ensure project feasibility and execution.
