The Air Force Test Center's Installation Contracting Division (AFTC/PZI) at Arnold Air Force Base (AFB) is seeking interest from large and small businesses that are capable of meeting the Government's requirement to fabricate a vertical liner. The vertical liner requires a refractory sheet metal duct assembly that is fabricated, rolled, and riveted sheet metal circular duct assembly of TZM molybdenum alloy construction. Assembly is approximately 7 feet in length, approximately 6" in diameter x .125'' thick sheet tube, flanged on one end, with ribbed reinforcement rings along length and features a replaceable end piece secured in place with both TZM and Tungsten alloy thread pins. In addition, duct wall is perforated with small holes arrayed along length and circumference of tube and all external surfaces are coated with alumina.
