The County of Sacramento received final approval from the Director of California Department of Industrial Relations as a Labor Compliance Program effective March 15, 1994. All questions regarding this Labor Compliance Program and prevailing wage requirements should be directed to the Labor Compliance Section at (916) 875-2711. In accordance with Section 1771.5 of the California Labor Code, the payment of the general prevailing rate of per diem wages or the general prevailing rate of per diem wages for holiday and overtime is not required for any public works project of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) or less when the project is for construction work, or for any public works project of fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) or less when the project is for alteration, demolition, repair, or maintenance work. Question Due Date: January 28, 2025 3:00 p.m. Bid bond/deposit not less than ten (10) percent of the aggregate total bid must be submitted with the sealed bid. Successful Bidder must furnish a 100 percent Performance Bond and Payment Bond per Appendix D and Appendix E respectively. SacSewer reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any irregularity in bids received.
