As of February 6, 2025, this project was canceled and we will be resoliciting in the near future. No definite date for the rebid. The City of St. Petersburg is requesting quotes from qualified vendors to remove and replace all existing pivots and thresholds located on three (3) pairs of main entry and exit doors located at St. Petersburg City Hall. The pivots and thresholds must come in a satin brass finish. This work must be done outside regular business hours - Mon-Fri (8am-5pm). Vendors must comply with all the terms of the solicitation, all applicable provisions of the City of St. Petersburg City Code, and all applicable federal and state laws. The City may reject any solicitation response that does not comply with all material and substantive terms, conditions, and performance requirements of the solicitation. The City may waive minor informalities that (i) do not affect responsiveness; (ii) are merely matter of form or format; (iii) do not change the relative standing or otherwise prejudice other vendors; (iv) do not change the meaning or scope of the solicitation; (v) are trivial, negligible or immaterial in nature; (v) do not effect a material change in the work; or (vi) do not constitute a substantial exclusion or modification of a requirement or provision in the solicitation. Minimum Qualifications At a minimum, Vendor must meet the following qualifications: 1. Have been in the business of providing door repair services as described herein for a minimum of five (5) years. 2. Have the ability to obtain the minimum insurance requirements set for in the base agreement 4.3. 4.3. Vendor Responsibilities 1. Expectations of performance: a. Vendor must report to the Project Manager throughout the process. b. Remove existing manual door pivots. c. Furnish and install top, middle, and bottom pivots for all three (3) pairs of doors at the main entry/exit doors. d. Furnish and install thresholds. e.
