Roadway Design: All preliminary, right of way, final roadway design and plan preparation as necessary to submit final roadway plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E) Bridge: All preliminary bridge design, final bridge design and plan preparation as necessary to submit final bridge plans, specifications, and estimates.
