Route 34 & D Cape Girardeau County Location: Rte. 34 & D Proposed Improvement: Bridge Replacements (J0883 & P0714) DBE Goal : 5% The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Right of Way: Consultant to provide title commitments for affected properties. Roadway Design: Consultant to prepare all preliminary, right of way, final roadway design and plan preparation as necessary to submit final roadway plans, specifications, and estimates. (PS&E). Hydraulic analysis of all drainage structures, reporting and coordination with any drainage districts, municipalities, and other government agencies. Support MoDOT Staff with public outreach (displays, handouts, etc.) Bridge: All preliminary bridge design, final bridge design and plan preparation as necessary to submit final bridge plans, specifications, and estimates. Geotechnical: Consultant to perform all geotechnical work and will provide Preliminary Geotechnical Report and Foundation Investigation Report.
