Proposals received after the deadline of January 31, 2025, will not be considered. If there are any questions regarding any part of the Request for Proposals, they should be directed to Beth Andress at bandress@casperwy.gov. Firms qualifying as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise are encouraged to submit a proposal. This is a qualifications based selection process; the cost proposal isto be submitted under separate cover. If cost is included in the project proposal it will not receive consideration. This study is being funded through the Federal Highway Administration in cooperation with WYDOT and the Casper Area MPO. This study helps meet all of the goals set forth in the most recent update of the Long Range Transportation Plan: Connecting Crossroads including increasing transportation options for all modes, improving safety and health for all residents, enhancing the region's distinct character, promoting affordable and easy mobility solutions, and supporting the region's diversifying economy All written questions shall be submitted to Beth Andress at bandress@casperwy.gov by 4 p.m. local time, Thursday, January 9, 2025. The answers to these questions will then be posted as an addendum to this RFP on the City of Casper website: (http://casperwy.gov/business/rfps_public_notices/) by 5 p.m. local time on January 13, 2025. The signed addendum must be included with each proposal.
