The Proposed Work Will Consist Of Construction And Installation Of The Following: Sewer Pipe, Manholes, Concrete Encasement, Sidewalk, Valley Gutter, And Surface Restoration. The New Sewer Will Connect To Existing Sanitary Sewer Manholes Both Upstream And Downstream Of The Project Area, Together With Associated Work Sewer Line Project mckellips Road Larosa Drive to Cavalier Drive Question Deadline 01/22/2025 at 4:00 PM MT Please Direct Any Questions No Later Arizona Time, to the City of Tempe Engineering Division at Contractor_support@tempe.gov Bids Received After the Time Specified Above Will Not Have the Ability to Submit Said Bid and Will Not Be Considered. The Proposed Work Will Consist of Installing Four (4) Segments of 8-inch Sewer Line Totaling 821 Linear Feet and Three (3) New Manholes. Key Components Include Sewer Pipe Installation, Manholes, Concrete Encasement, Sidewalk, Valley Gutter, and Surface Restoration. The New Sewer Line Will Connect to Existing Sanitary Sewer Manholes Upstream and Downstream of the Project Area, Together With Associated Work.
