Renovation of an educational facility in Chicago, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a primary / secondary education facility.

The project consists of Mechanical and Electrical renovations and replacements of existing equipment. New generator. New Fire Alarm system. New BAS system. Miscellaneous architectural building demolitions and renovations to support new mechanical/electrical systems. The work includes New generator, boilers, unit ventilators, cabinet heaters, AHU's fire alarm equipment, new pining to support boilers and future A/C. Card reader access. All work will be complete in on Phase. Construction contract to span two years with work during 2025 summer and 2026 summer. Trades included but not limited to: Selective Demo., Asbestos Abatement - Interiors & Exteriors, Hazardous & Universal Waste Management, Maintenance of Concrete, CIP, Masonry, Cast Stone, Pipe & Tube Railings, Roof Patch Traffic Coatings, Aire Barriers, Firestopping, Joint Sealants, D/F/H, Access Doors & Panels, Aluminum Windows, Window Guards - Exterior, Glazing, Louvers, Plaster Renovations, Lath, Acoustical Ceilings, Resilient Flooring, Painting, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Communications, Access Control System, DVS System, Fire Detection & Alarm, Earthwork, Asphalt Paving, & Site Utilities.
