Reference Number 0000372369 Job Location: 2222 Devereux Rd Bid Intent Not Available Contractor will be required to design, permit and install a 23 foot wide, 20 foot long, and 8 foot tall steel mezzanine in the fleet facilities at 2222 Devereux Road, Glenwood Springs, CO. All material and labor for this project will be included in the lump sum prices. The City of Glenwood Springs is seeking proposals to supply and install a mezzanine system at the city's Fleet Shop and Offices at 2222 Devereux Road. The building is 10,000 square feet in size containing a fleet repair shop. The southwest corner of the shop is currently occupied by shelving units in an area approximately 23 by 20 feet in size. The city would like to add a 23 by 20-foot second level steel mezzanine to this area for additional storage.
