Reference Number 0000375122 Colorado Mountain College is requesting quotes from qualified firms and/or individuals to furnish all materials, labor, equipment and related services required to perform biannual preventative maintenance of HVAC equipment and service located at each of the 12 CMC sites. The contract will be effective July 1, 2025. The equipment to be maintained is listed in Attachment A. Site Walkthrough: Potential Bidders must set up a walkthrough with each of the Facility Managers at each location and complete the sign-in sheet at each location between February 10th, 2025 and February 21st, 2025.
