Reference Number 0000378519 Colorado Mountain College's Spring Valley Campus located at 3000 County Rd. 114, Glenwood Springs, CO and Steamboat Springs Campus located at 1275 Crawford Ave., Steamboat Springs, CO are requesting quotes from qualified firms and/or individuals to remove and replace asphalt shingles on the Sopris Hall and Hill Hall residence buildings. Bidders may bid on one or both projects. Target Award Date (Subject to Change) APRIL 7, 2025 4:00 p.m. TIMELINE Sopris Hall: Project may begin May 5 and must be completed by May 30. Hill Hall: Project may begin June 1 (weather dependent) and must be completed by August 1.
