This work will require the chosen contractor to be able to do mass earthwork removal and replacement, fine grade road base for asphalt and concrete prep, lay the required asphalt mats, pour required concrete and provide traffic control. As well as installing watermain and sewer services per the City standard. The selected contractor will be required to apply for the necessary city ROW permits, which will be free of charge. This will include the contractor supplying the needed traffic control plans. Other scope items: The chosen contractor can sub out any work that they cannot do in house. The work being proposed on will need to be completed early spring/summer of 2025. Class 2 & 6 road base will be compacted to a minimum of 98% standard proctor.
