All work shall be completed by August 31, 2025. Question Deadline 04/03/2025 at 3:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online Yes, Any questions about the terms and conditions of this IFB, or any addendum or attachment hereto, shall be submitted to the Procurement Department in writing no later than time. Inquiries received after this deadline may not receive a response. TERM OF CONTRACT: It is intended that this IFB will result in the award of a contract. The proposed initial term of that contract will be April 22, 2025, through August 31, 2025. Unless otherwise limited by an applicable statutory provision, any Purchase Order or Contract awarded as a result of this IFB may be renewed at the option of the parties for two additional terms of one (1) year each.
