A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Reference Number 0000381369 Delivery Point: Glenwood Springs Bid Intent Not Available The City of Glenwood Springs is looking for qualify contractors to complete small concrete projects around town. These projects will range in scope from handicapped ramp replacement at intersections, concrete sidewalk panel replacements, curb and gutter replacements, up to small foundation needs. Projects will generally range from 3 yards of concrete up to 60 yards of concrete. The city will utilize the prequalification list for small project bids. Qualified companies will receive project plans and scopes of work, they will then provide the city with a proposal for the work and a schedule as our procurement process. Low bidders with a city approved schedule will be selected for the work. Only the companies on the prequalification list will be asked to bid these types of projects.
