Site work for a water / sewer project in Lexington, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project is subject to consideration for the Project Labor Agreement with the City of Bloomington, IL. A pre-bid meeting/site visit will not be held for this solicitation. It is highly suggested that interested parties view the project site and/or understand the requirements of the solicitation before submitting a response. The City of Bloomington reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive technicalities Questions Due to City:January 16, 2025, 12:00pm Bid must be accompanied by a Bid guaranty which shall not be less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the Bid. Bid guaranty may be a cashier s check, money order, certified bank check, or a surety bond. All guaranties, except surety bonds, will be deposited and reimbursement checks and surety bonds will be issued to unsuccessful bidders following the bid award. The successful bidder will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount equal to 100% of the contract price, within ten (10) business days after the bid award. Anticipated Award Date: February 24, 2025 Official Notice #1: Bid #2025-28 PJ Keller Highway Water Main Replacement - Completion Date The completion date for this project is 4/25/2025. The County has work starting in May 2025 so the City will need to be completely done with their portion of this project.
