It is the intent of these specifications to describe the performance requirements for the following Landscape Maintenance of Medians, Parkways and Public Grounds for the City of Irving: All section of this contract will be awarded in its entirety to one vendor. Any questions or requests for clarification should be submitted under the questions tab in this online solicitation. The questions will be shared with the department after the end of the cut-off date/time and the responses will be posted as soon as they are received from the department. If the responses necessitate a significant change to the specifications, an addendum will be issued.
