INTRODUCTION Raytown is a diverse city that provides many of the armenities of a large metropolitan area, while still maintaining a small town feel and sense of community. Raytown is a suburb of Kansas City, Missouri and just under 10 square miles with a population of about 29,000. Raytown offers a rich and fascinating history with a wide range of exciting restaurants, parks, trails, and shopping. Raytown is governed by a Board of Alderman and Mayor and the day-to- day operations of the city are the responsibility of the City Administrator. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to provide a comprehensive electrical service on an as-needed basis for installation, repairs and emergency services throughout the City. The contractor will need to supply all equipment, tools, materials, machinery and all the labor and safety equipment to perform electrical services for new installations, repairs and services. A bidder may withdraw their proposal at any time prior to the expiration of the period during which proposals may be submitted, by written request of the bidder.
