2025 Raytown On-Call Mechanical Services The City of Raytown owns, operates, and maintains several buildings in the City. These buildings require installation and repair of a full range of mechanical services and activities. The City of Raytown is seeking the services of an experienced and qualified contractor with proven expertise in HVAC service for cooling system, heating system, special preventative maintenance and repair service at various City properties, in accordance with the specifications herein. The list of the scope of services and the requirements are listed below and will become part of the executed agreement.
