Elevated Tank Rehabilitation The Engineer's estimate of probable cost for this project is $115,800.00. The Project includes the following Work: Rehabilitation and improvement of a 292,000-gallon composite elevated tank. Including cleaning and repainting of interior pipes including overflow pipe and piping in the chlorine injection room, install automatic cathodic project and other minor repairs and improvements. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of 60 days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. The successful bidder will be required to pay federally-determined Davis-Bacon Wage Rates. A certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit in favor of The Village of Holiday City in the amount of 10% of the bid. If the contract is awarded, a Contract Bond will be required, which is a 100% payment and performance bond. The Village of Holiday City reserves the right pursuant to ORC.9.312 to reject any and all bids and to waive any non-material irregularity in determining the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
