Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lombard, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The project will consist of the reconstruction of Hawthorn Circle and Cherry Lane. The total length of the project is approximately 2,000 linear feet. The scope of work includes the removal of existing pavement, base course, and subbase to the proposed subgrade elevation. The roadways will be replaced with a 9" subbase granular material, a 4" hot-mix asphalt binder course, and a 2" hot-mix surface course. Furthermore, curb and gutter removal and replacement, sidewalk replacement, driveway construction, storm sewer construction, water main replacement and lining, and street lighting will all be included in the scope of work for this project. Alternate bid items are included for full replacement of the sanitary sewer main or a combination of replacement and lining of the sanitary sewer main.
