Peacock, Sr., Park. The project includes comprehensive upgrades throughout the park and must be completed in a timely manner to meet the requirements of a Florida Recreation Development Assistance Program (FRDAP) grant, which expires on June 30, 2026. Site Preparation: Clearing, grubbing, excavation, grading, and earthwork as required. Playground Installation: Site preparation and coordination for installation of the playground and shade structure (by vendor), including drainage and surfacing. Pavilions: Construction of two picnic pavilions with concrete pads, including picnic tables and grills. Trail Improvements: Construction of a multi-use paved trail, including concrete sidewalk installation and ADA-compliant access points. On-Street Parking: Construction of on-street parking along the access roadway, including base, paving, striping, and signage. Landscaping and Irrigation: Planting of trees, shrubs, sod, and installation of irrigation. Utilities: Installation of water and sewer lines, drainage structures, and electrical service as needed for base components. Site Furnishings: Benches, trash receptacles, signage, and park entry elements. Construction Layout and As-Builts: Perform construction layout and deliver final record drawings in accordance with project specifications. Erosion and Sediment Control: Install and maintain silt fencing, turbidity barriers, and erosion control measures per plans and permits. NPDES Compliance: Implement and maintain the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), including all required inspections and documentation.
