Completed plans call for site work for a 10,900-square-foot sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the construction of a warehouse / distribution facility; and warehouse / distribution facility.

The work includes site preparation including selective demolition, installation of an approximate 7,000 sq. ft. asphalt parking lot, installation of approximately 170 linear foot valley gutter, construction of a 3,900 sq. ft. salt barn, and complete demolition and removal of old salt barn Responsible bidders will be required to provide a bid security in the amount of 10% of the bid sum. The successful bidder must provide Performance and Payment Bonds equal to 100% of the contract price upon execution of the contract. The Town reserves the right, as the interest of the Town of Georgetown may appear, to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality or irregularity in bids received, and to accept or reject any items of any bid.
