Septic Tank and Grease Trap Pumping Services SCOPE OF WORK: Navajo Head Start is seeking proposals from qualified firms and/or individuals to provide septic tank and grease trap pumping services for an estimated sixty-nine (69) Centers. The septic tank and grease trap pumping services are critical and a requirement to ensure a clean and safe environment for the Head Start students and staff in accordance with the NHS Performance Standards. The term of the contract will be March 01, 2025 through February 28, 2026. The Contractor will perform: 1. Complete septic and grease trap pumping services at the beginning of each School Year. In the event of an emergency, services can be rescheduled. 2. Provide all labor, supplies, parts, equipment, and other required materials to provide septic and grease trap pumping. 3. Adhere to all Federal Rules and Guidelines. 4. Provide a delivery ticket and obtain staff signature upon completion of all services for each Head Start Center. Contact Person: Lavine J.
