The Navajo Division of Transportation (Navajo DOT) is requesting proposals for the HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Septic - On-Call & Maintenance Services. The Request for Proposal process will identify, evaluate and select qualified firm(s) based on items submitted for proposal. The selected firm shall have all required items specified under the Scope of Work. Request for Proposals (RFP) Packet - The instructions on the proposal preparation, required documents, eligibility requirements and evaluation criteria are provided herein General Scope of Work (SOW) - The selected firm(s) shall provide the Navajo DOT with a list of services for Navajo DOT for four-years which include but are not limited to: o System Installation & Maintenance: Implement, maintain, and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and septic systems, including fire alarms, generators, and other safety components. o Infrastructure & Connectivity: Install and connect wiring, piping, and system components, ensuring compatibility with electrical circuits, water distribution, and waste management networks. o Safety & Reliability: Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and septic systems to prevent failures, ensure compliance with safety standards, and minimize operational risks. o Specialized Services: Provide expertise in power generation, HVAC controls, septic system operations, and complex system configurations, ensuring seamless integration and continuous operation.
