As of today February 14,2025 Project awarded to Morris, Inc. with the amount of 1,925,712.50 The CONTRACT SCOPE for the project generally consists of: Street Paving Project 2025 which includes but is not limited to: BID SCHEDULE A : Construction of approximately 26 Tons of 20% RAP Asphalt Concrete Class E (modified) (20% RAP Provided by Owner) "Standard" Lift (1/2")-Type 1, 750 Tons of (3/8 ) hot mix-Type 2, 26 Tons of Tack, SS-1h or CSS-1h (min .05 gal/SY), 8,750 Tons of 58-34 Binder with Evotherm, 25,000 Square Yards of Cold Asphalt Milling, 35 EA Adjust Manholes w/ Owner Furnished Rings, and a Schedule A Alternate that includes: 60 EA Adjust Valves w/Owner Furnished Materials. BID SCHEDULE B : City Patch Mix and Paver-Laid Patch Mix. All to be completed on City streets, roads, and parking lots Bids shall be included in an opaque sealed envelope marked with the project title and name and address of the Bidder and accompanied by the bid security and other required documents. If the bid is sent through the mail or other delivery system, the sealed envelope shall be enclosed in a separate envelope with the notation BID ENCLOSED Street Paving Project 2025 on the face thereof. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a contract performance bond and a payment bond in the penal amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price as originally bid or subsequently modified. Insurance requirements are stated in the Agreement for Construction. There WILL NOT be not be a pre-bid meeting. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to be familiar with the site and the corresponding site preparations.
