Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Pierre, South Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
City of Pierre, Owner, will receive sealed bids for the Curb and Gutter Project, in Pierre, South Dakota. The CONTRACT SCOPE for the project generally consists of: Curb and Gutter Project 2025 which includes but is not limited to: BID SCHEDULE A : Construction of approximately 601 LF of R&R C&G; 195 LF of R&R PG; 200 SF of R&R 6 Conc.; 1,733 SF of R&R 4 SW(CR); 277 SF of R&R 6 Fillet; 10 EA of Install HC; 271 LF of Saw Cut; 280 SF of R&R 4 Conc.; 262 SF of R&R 6 Conc. and a BID SCHEDULE B . Construction of approximately 3,011 LF of R&R C&G; 837 LF of R&R PG; 2,369 SF of R&R 6 Conc.; 5,934 SF of R&R 4 SW(CR); 69 SF of R&R 4 SW(FW); 1,034 SF of R&R 6 Fillet; 656 SF of R&R 6 V.G.; 42 EA of Install HC; 7 EA of R&R F&G; 14 EA of Tree Roots; 1,422 LF of Saw Cut; 1,802 SF of R&R 4 Conc.; 1,032 SF of R&R 6 Conc.
