City of Tyler Bid Number: 25-026 Project Name: Downtown Infrastructure Improvements The project includes: Improvements in Downtown Tyler on Erwin Street from Bois D'Arc Avenue to Fannin Avenue, Ferguson St from Bonner Avenue to Fannin Avenue, College Avenue from Elm Street to Locust Street, and Broadway Avenue from Elm Street to Locust Street, Spring Avenue from Elm Street to Line Street, and the existing square. The work will consist of roadway reconstruction, ADA/PROWAG compliant sidewalks, storm drainage, water, wastewater, lighting infrastructure, landscaping, and irrigation.
