furnishing all necessary materials, equipment, superintendence, and labor for construction of the following improvement for the City of Tyler, Texas prep and coating restoration of and replacement of membrane on front canopy at the TDC facility at 423 W. The work included in this contract for this project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, plant, supplies services, equipment transportation, superintendence, temporary construction and appliances required in conjunction with or properly incidental to the work, as shown and described in the drawings and specifications for Roof Coating Restoration: Tyler Development Center. All work shall be performed in conformance with the plans and specifications dated January 2, 2025 addenda thereto, and any change orders that may be issued. 1. Remove & Replace any damaged or deteriorated gutters, downspouts, then strip in with modified bitumen stripping ply. a. Supply, fabricate gutters & downspouts from .24 ga, pre-finished steel. b. Install new mineral surfaced, modified bitumen stripping ply at all gutter flanges. Prime & heat weld membrane. c. Remove & replace any deteriorated wood blocking with pressure treated lumber. 2. Prepare & Install Silicone coating system over modified Field & Flashings system per specifications. 3. Price includes 200 LF of pressure treated 2x6 blocking to be replaced. 4. Price includes 400 SF of Modified Roof System replacement in "Line item" pricing.
