A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** For the following project: LaSalle Business District Streetscape Time for Completion: the Date of Beginning and the Time for Completion of the Work Are Essential Conditions of the Contract Documents and the Work Embraced Shall Be Commenced Within Five (5) Working Days After Notice to Proceed. Completion of the Entire Project Will Not Exceed One Hundred and Twenty (120) Working Days From Initiation of the Work. Each bidder must include with his bid, a certified check or bid bond, payable to the order of the City of Niagara Falls, in the amount of not less than FIVE (5) PERCENT of the price bid, subject to the conditions in the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and labor and material payment bond, in form and substance, and with sureties approved by the City Corporation Counsel, in the amount of notless than ONE HUNDRED (100) PERCENTUM of the total amount of the accepted proposal.
