The successful bidder shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools and safety gear required to perform the following scope of work in accordance with NYS DOL, OSHA, EPA and DEC regulations, specifications, and all other applicable regulations in effect at the time the work is conducted. 1. Apply for all applicable permits including fee payments in accordance with all Federal, State and Local Regulations. 2. Supply an adequate number of NYS certified asbestos workers to complete the work in a timely manner between the hours of 5:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Work can be performed week nights or a weekend project. 3. Install a decontamination unit and seal all critical work areas and openings. 4. Removal to include two layers of carpet, asbestos containing materials (ACM) floor tile and mastic. 5. Finished floor area to be clean and ready for new flooring. 6. Premises and surrounding work area to be kept free from accumulation of waste materials and rubbish produced by the work. 7. Disposal and removal of all material including asbestos containing materials.
