Reinstallation of all the wiring across all the existing lights at the Urban Bike Trail 2. Remove and replace damaged/broken pull boxes. 3. Bury all existing/new pull boxes. 4. Provide accurate as-builts for the new wiring, and buried pull box locations. 5. Design and construct a wiring system to prevent further vandalism/theft of the wiring at the Bike Trail 6. Testing and Inspection of new wiring system to ensure system works with existing light poles.
