Lynwood Unified School District ("District") invites qualified construction management (CM) firms ("Respondents") to submit to this RFQ for inclusion into a District Pool for a Five (5) year period to provide California State licensed and DSA certified construction management services for a myriad of multi-category facility master planned District wide projects. CWA Community Workforce Agreement ("CWA") must be implemented. Important: Firms interested in submitting a response to this RFQ are not to contact by any means any Board Member, Administrator, or staff member of the District other than the designated Senior Buyer identified above regarding this RFQ. If this directive is violated, the District may deem the firm's submittal to be Non-Responsive and no further consideration will be given. Interview (top three firms by Invitation only): March 10, 2025 at 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
