Renovation of a water / sewer project in Cypress, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The deadline to ask questions is 1/27/2025 2:00 PM CST HCMUD No. 358 Remote Well No. 6 Generator Addition Scope of Project: Furnish and install a Natural Gas Generator including Foundation and Cement Stabilized Sand Backfill, w/ Sound Attenuating Enclosure, Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS), gas line connection from meter to generator, and all necessary electrical and all appurtenances for a complete emergency electrical power system for the Water Well. Complete in Place. Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. There will be no pre-bid meeting associated with this project. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 2% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Contractor is required to submit TEC Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties) with their bid. If plans, specifications and bid documents are not initially available for download, they will be available for review at the office of the Engineer. The Front Office and Receptionist Desk are located on the 5th floor (Suite 500).
