The Washington County Commission is accepting bids for Off-Road Diesel, On-Road Diesel, and Unleaded Gasoline for the road and bridge departments. All bids must state the amount of mark-up over the daily end of day OPIS terminal rack average of St. Louis, Missouri for the previous day and documentation of said terminal rack average must be supplied upon delivery of the product. The successful bidder will supply fuel to the road and bridge departments until March 1, 2026. Any bidder who owns real estate or personal property in Washington County must submit proof of payment of all Washington County taxes.
