Separate sealed bids for the completion of the:WASHINGTON COUNTYTOWNE SQUARE PARK -LIGHT FIXTURES Providing the Outdoor Architectural Lighting Fixtures for the Towne Square Park project as called out in the Bid package. This bid is ONLY for the Light Fixture Units and does NOT include unloading and installation. Unloading and Installation is by others under a different construction phase. This BID IS JUST FOR THELIGHT UNITS and shipping to the construction site. Bidders should contact McCaul McCauland Associates at 573.631.0657 or via email at amy@mccaulmccaulandassociates.com with any questions regarding the Bid Documents or to request a digital copy. The Washington County Commission hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids IN response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. The Washington County Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive all informalities not involving price, time, or changes in work.
