Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Potosi, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Said project consists of installation of pavers both engraved and blank as delineated in the Scope of Work and found on the BID FORM necessary for construction of the Washington County Towne Square Park. Bidders should contact McCaul McCaul and Associates at 573.631.0657 or via email at amy@mccaulmccaulandassociates.com with any questions regarding the Bid Documents or to request electronic copies. The Washington County Commission hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. Federal Land and Water Conservation Funds are being used in this project, and all relevant federal, state, and local requirements apply The Washington County Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive all informalities not involving price, time, or changes in work.
