Fire Station No. 6 HVAC Replacement Question Deadline 01/22/2025 at 2:00 PM CT Questions and inquiries about this bid should be submitted in writing via the Q&A feature available online the Brazos Valley e-Marketplace (Bidding Portal). The deadline for submitting Clarifications o Only Carrier, Lennox and Trane are acceptable manufacturers for this project. o Replace all tag numbers. o Coordination with TEAMs will be necessary and include that cost in bid response. o Added "Mini Split" Lennox unit #MS7-CI-18PIA to attached revised price proposal sheet. o Replace filter system/driers. o Exterior Armor Flex needs to be changed out. o Flushing all line sets required. o If possible, replacement systems 8,9 and 10 to be two stage cooling and single stage heat. o The HVAC mezzanine can be used to store new units while replacements are being managed
