Texas A&M University (Texas A&M) is seeking pricing for a Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) for the Construction Field Lab as per the details and specifications herein. Question Deadline 01/31/2025 at 2:00 PM CT Bid Portal Texas A&M is looking for a pre-engineered metal building consisting of a 100-foot back wall and 40-foot right end wall. The building will need to have a total height of 25 feet to the top of the roof. The eave height should be 20 feet. The color requirement must be according to the RELLIS color standard. The roof will be required to be bright white. The back wall and right end wall will be required to be Light Stone. The trim (gable and eave) will be Galvalume plus. Installation is not needed. The building must be delivered no later than April 15, 2025. Bidder must submit building plans with bid response. Building plans will be subject to approval by a Texas A&M selected engineer prior to final acceptance.
