Coastal Carolina University seeks a source to resurface, provide, and install tile for the University Place Pool as described in the specifications and requirements provided. Resurfacing of the pool and spa in SGM Diamond Brite Finish (or equivalent product) with new waterline tile. o Offeror will drain pool, check for and remove any delamination of existing plaster. o Offeror will grind under or around all tile, returns, skimmers, and drains to blend into new plaster finish. o Offeror will apply bond coat to ensure proper adhesion to old plaster o Offeror will apply new Diamond Brite plaster finish. o Offeror will furnish and install new edge tile for entry and depth as applicable o Offeror will furnish and install new waterline tile, including depth markers and no diving markers. o Offeror will furnish and install new edge tile for steps as applicable o Offeror will supply and install new drain covers, return fittings, and in-floor cleaning system floor heads as applicable. o Offeror will fill pool. Water will be provided by Coastal Carolina University o Offeror will add chemicals and balance chemicals per guidelines of the new plaster finish o Offeror will clean up and remove all debris. Hours of installation are normal working hours, with installation coordination with the University. Pool surface area dimension are One Thousand Seven hundred and eighty-two square feet. Offeror is responsible for verifying dimensions.
