All questions and clarifications must be submitted in writing by 3:00 p.m. on January 21, 2025. SUCCESSFUL BIDDER'S RESPONSIBILITY: The Successful Bidder shall be responsible for the work to be done by any subcontractor(s) and shall assure compliance with all requirements of this Contract. The Successful Bidder shall be responsible for completely supervising and directing the work under this contract and all subcontractors that may be utilized. Subcontractor(s) who perform work under this Contract shall be responsible to the Successful Bidder. The Successful Bidder shall, however, remain fully liable and responsible for the work to be done by his subcontractor(s). WARRANTY: The Contractor guarantees against and will correct at its expense factory defects that occur during the manufacturer's standard warranty period. The Contractor will provide all manufacturers' warranties at the time of delivery. The City of Salem reserves the right to add or remove similar, related services and/or items to/from any resulting Contract, as it may deem necessary and appropriate, on an as needed basis. In the spaces below, the Bidder shall submit pricing for the goods and/or services set forth in the ITB. Fill in the pricing schedules using US Dollars. Any Bidder who enters a zero (0), leaves blank, or uses characters on a pricing blank may be deemed nonresponsive. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on total extended price. Bid prices shall include all charges for delivery and unloading of the equipment and materials.
