Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 01/28/2025 3:00 PM (PST) The City of Palm Springs is requesting Bids from qualified firms to provide the City with on-call restoration and remediation services. Other Details The Bidder must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience providing restoration and remediation services for commercial, institutional and/or industrial facilities (non-residential). Bidders must possess a current Class C-13 Contractor License, C-22 Asbestos, California Department of Public Health Certificate, and EPA Renovation, Remodeling, and Painting Firm Certification. Bidder must provide a copy of contractor's license and certifications with Attachment A. Notes The Bid(s) will be awarded to the two lowest responsive and responsible Bidders. The contract will be set at the City budget amount. Total budgeted amount for this contract would be split between primary contract (60%) and secondary contract (40%) each for both City's Public Works and Parks & Recreation departments.
