As of December 3, 2025, the architect and construction manager have been confirmed, and the project is in the pre-construction stage under a negotiated contract. Design work is nearly finalized, with construction expected to start in March 2026 and continue for approximately 18 months. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Submit all questions regarding this RFQ in writing to Sarah Lively at lively.28@osu.edu with the project number included in the subject line (no phone calls please). ' The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is requesting qualifications from interested Architect/Engineer ("A/E") firms for the remaining roof replacement of Doan Hall.
