Renovation of a mixed-use development in Montgomery, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Owner, the Valley Central School District will receive sealed bids to furnish material and labor to complete the Valley CSD 2023 Capital Project Ph 2 which includes renovations and alterations. Each bid shall be on a stipulated sum basis for the following contracts: Contract No. 2-05 - Electrical Construction Budget: $1,529,000.00 - Science Wing Renovations at Valley Central High School. - Classroom Unit Ventilator Replacements and Cafeteria Air Conditioning Installations at Berea Elementary School. - Classroom Unit Ventilator Replacements, Cafeteria Air Conditioning Installations, HVAC Control Upgrades, and Boiler Replacements at East Coldenham Elementary School. - Classroom Unit Ventilator Replacements, Electrical Panel Replacements, Gymnasium Air Handling Unit Replacements, Cafeteria Air Conditioning Installations, HVAC Control Upgrades, and Boiler Replacements at Montgomery Elementary School. - Emergency Lighting Installations and Fire Escape Refinishing at Maybrook Alternative Learning Center. Complete sets of Bidding Documents, Drawings, and Specifications, on compact disc (CD) or USB flash drive may be obtained from Rev, 28 Church Street, Warwick, New York 10990 Tel: (845) 651-3845, upon depositing the sum of one-hundred dollars ($100.00). Checks or money orders shall be made payable to Valley Central School District. Any bidder requiring paper copies of the Bidding Documents, Drawings and Specifications shall make arrangements directly with the printer and pay for all printing, packaging and shipping costs. Such costs are non-refundable. Bidding/Contract Documents (drawings and project manuals) may be examined as of 01-03-2025 at the following locations by appointment only: CS Arch Valley Central School District Bidder must provide Bid Security in the amount and form, per the terms indicated in Section Instructions to Bidders. All Bids will remain subject to acceptance for forty-five (45) days following the receipt of Bids. The Owner may, in its sole discretion, reject any Bid and return Bid Security prior to that date. A full performance bond, together with labor and material payment bonds in form acceptable to Owner shall be required of the successful Bidder for the full contract amount. Attendance of this meeting is recommended as the Owner, Architect and/or consultants will be present to discuss the Project. Attendees should anticipate 30 minutes Q & A session. For bidders unable to attend this conference or requesting additional opportunity to visit the site(s), arrangements can be made for appointment, by contacting William Devine, The Palombo Group, Construction Manager, Office: 845-868-1239 and Cell: 845-554-7631 The Valley Central School District reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bids received, and/ or to reject all Bids without explanation.
