Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Trotwood, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

SCOPE OF WORK to be performed under this improvement shall generally consist of pavement repair, milling and resurfacing along various city streets. Improvements include pavement planning, asphalt overlay, full depth base repairs, utility manhole and valve adjustments, thermoplastic striping, curb repairs and curb ramp repairs. THE ABOVE IMPROVEMENT shall be in accordance with the Contract Documents. The City of Trotwood reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with the Contract Documents. The City of Trotwood reserves the right to add to or to subtract from the contract quantities. The City of Trotwood also reserves the right to hold all proposals for sixty (60) days. EACH BIDDER is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty (10% of the Bid Amount) and Contract Bond (100% of the Bid Amount) in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code.
