The Bristol Redevelopment and Housing Authority (also referred to as BRHA or The Agency) is requesting proposals from qualified Architectural and Engineering Firms to provide preliminary reports, site plans, and conceptual drawings for an initial LIHTC application. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to award Architectural and Engineering Services for a single-project contract. The selected Architectural and Engineering Firm should have experience with design and revitalization of low-income multi-family housing units, performing needs assessments, capital & revitalization planning, community development, feasibility studies, and comprehensive capital planning. Experience specifically with HUD, VHDA, Move to Work, Choice Neighbourhoods, and other similar programs is highly desirable. Evaluation and selection of the Architectural and Engineering Firm will be in accordance with the evaluation criteria specified in this RFQ. No pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for this RFQ.
