Neither the State of Wisconsin nor any of its departments, agencies, or employees is or will be party to this invitation for bids or any resulting contract. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE), including minority business enterprises (MBE) and women business enterprises (WBE) are encouraged to apply and be used to the greatest extent feasible. Qualified DBEs will be included in the Unified Certification Program WisDOT UCP list. Program policy requires all bidders to show good faith efforts to solicit proposals from DBEs.
