USH 51 & Pepsi Way Intersection Improvements DeForest, WI Sealed Bids for the construction of the following: Project No. 230265 USH 51 and Pepsi Way Intersection Improvements - to include: the construction of traffic signals along USH 51 at the intersections of Pepsi Way. Improvements include removals, grading, concrete pavement, asphalt pavement, curb and gutter, storm sewer, traffic signals, conduit, lighting, signing, pavement marking, restoration of the work area, and other miscellaneous items in conformance with the Contract Documents. Bid Bond equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid payable to the OWNER. All Bids uploaded and submitted through electronically shall also be accompanied with Bid Form 00 41 43. The Village of DeForest reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all Bids.
