SCOPE OF WORK The Contractor is required to provide all materials and labor with the Gazebos and Pergola as turnkey products. Work includes grading, installation, electrical, grassing, landscape work and clean-up. o Construct, deliver, and install two (2) 16' x 14' rectangular, wooden, gazebos in the locations shown below. o New Gazebos shall be simple in design, four post design preferred, include 36" safety railings, motion sensor lighting, and electrical outlets. (power is available at both sites). o The contractor shall install and level both gazebos on the existing gravel beds. o The contractor shall ensure that both gazebos are accessible to all users. The entrance to the gazebo will face the buildings, must align with the existing pathways, and be ADA accessible. o The contractor shall install one motion light and one outlet box on both new gazeboes. Contractors may use existing electrical lines. This includes all new electrical conduit, electrical boxes, GFI outlets, and all other materials to properly install new motion lights and outlets per code. o Location of the new outlets to be determined. o New light fixtures will be provided by the Town o Construct, deliver, and install a new wooden 12' x 12' Pergola. o Remove and properly dispose of existing gazebos and pergola. Bids shall be submitted in a SEALED ENVELOPE with a label affixed to the front containing the information required below. The Town of North Beach reserves the right to reject bids improperly labeled. The envelope shall also show the Contractor's name, address, and Bid number. All written questions will be due on or before Wednesday, January 22, 2025 by 10:00am (Eastern standard time). Proposal Validity Period: All proposals received must be valid for 120 calendar days from the date that responses to this solicitation are due. The right is hereby reserved to reject any or all proposals, and to waive informalities, as the interest of Town of North Beach may require.
