Renovation of a mixed-use development in Pleasantville, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 87,273-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility.
A. The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following Work consists of (6) bathroom renovations including but not limited to: Abatement, new plumbing fixtures, new finishes, new exhaust fans and roof curb, upgraded electrical and mechanical and new doors. B. Type of Contract: 1. Project may be constructed under multiple prime contracts or single prime. Refer to Section 012300. C. Before commencing Work of each phase, submit an updated copy of the Contractors Construction Schedule showing the sequence, commencement, and completion dates, (and move-out and -in dates of Owner's personnel) for all phases of the Work. 1. Representation at all job progress meetings is a contractual requirement. MIDDLE SCHOOL SED NO. 66-08-09-03-0-003-027 HIGH SCHOOL SED NO. 66-08-09-03-0-001-019 Bathroom Renovation Project - Plumbing Construction The Board of Education of the Pleasantville Union Free School District of the Town of Mount Pleasant, County of Westchester, New York, General Municipal Law for General Construction, Plumbing Construction, Mechanical Construction and Electrical Construction work for the High School and Middle School Bathroom Renovation Project at 60 and 40 Romer Avenue, Pleasantville, NY 10570. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids in the best interest of the school district.
